I registered to play here a few weeks ago and chose a welcome bonus. I won some games and found myself limited to placing only acca bets with a few euros each.
That seemed unfair, I thought but I continue. After a while i manage to finish bonus even with low acca bets but didnt want to keep playing with such restrictions.
I completed verified, everything seem fine and i asked for withdrawal September 7.
Nearly two weeks later I've heard nothing. It still listed as pending, even as verification is done and they brag about quick processing times. Meanwhile, support is not helping.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused during the withdrawal process. At the time of the case, there was an issue on the part of our crypto provider and this caused a delay in the Withdrawal.
The aforementioned WD ID: 115843614 was paid on 21/09/2023 and then another withdrawal 117409921 was paid on 28/09/2023.
