Hi!
Betplays.com hasn't paid any withdrawals to me in the last 2 months of using them! Their withdrawal page is very suspect! The withdrawal page doesn't even allow me to specify how I want to withdraw money (i.e. Via Credit card, skrill, bitcoin etc). It's very poorly designed and looks 100% ingenuine IMO.
I've contacted Betplays.com multiple times via email and their Live Chat! Always "stock-standing" answers saying I need to wait "5 working days and then their payments team will contact me"! Nope, nothing, Nada, zilch, no emails from their payments team ever after 5 working days!
I've emails showing correspondence between me and BetPlays.com and images of my Live Chat conversations all saying I need to wait 5 working days!
Enough is enough! I'm here because I've had enough of waiting and I need intervention! I'm not a door-mat!

The funds have been sent to the customer’s bank account, and they should be received today or by tomorrow at the latest, depending on the processing times of the receiving bank.
We kindly ask the customer to confirm once the funds have been received. Should there be any issues or further clarification needed, we remain available to assist.
