My deposit 400 INR is missing for days

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a deposit of INR 400 in the BetOnGame casino on 17 May 2025 successfully, but the website has not credited the amount into my BetOnGame account so far.

I chat with agents so many times & but they do not reply to me. So I emailed him and they said again and again the same thing, we will do our best, but in reality they do nothing.. they guys are just good for nothing..they waste my time, just I missed my matches due to this issue ..

I need compensation as well as possible.. I give 1 star to this website. Im never seen such a customer support staff like them.
