Are they ever going to process my withdrawal request?

Hello,
I had created an account with BetNCatch Casino 3 days ago and claimed welcome bonus plus 100 free spins after made deposit. After that I had won $100 and made withdraw request so far. I have found that they don't have live support or any support which means fishy casino. However,I had emailed them several times regarding my small withdraw $100 but till now I don't get my withdrawal amount or any reply from them. This is how they work. I have attached evidences about my withdraw request. Could you please help me? Thank you.

No communication from them so far! I had sent them my verification documents in order o verify my casino account couple of days ago. In the mean time I had reversed my withdrawal $100 and played more on some netent slots and now my final withdraw request is $200. Thank you.
