Withdrawal rejected many times

I deposited 60$, played a while, and got the balance to 300$. When I go to withdraw, the withdrawal request gets rejected after an hour or so. Customer service is a bot telling me to "make sure my info is correct," and in an email, I get this info: "We would like to inform you that your most recent withdrawal, as well as the previous unsuccessful attempts, were declined due to an error during the processing phase.

To help resolve this, please double-check the payment details, such as the name on your request. Please ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.

If the issue persists despite the information being correct, we recommend attempting the withdrawal using an alternative payment method."

I have tried every possible method of withdrawal. I deposited with Litecoin and should be able to withdraw in Litecoin.

I asked for a link to verify my credentials, but they say that it is not necessary at this point.
