I requested a withdrawal of 5,500 USDT from BetGoat Casino on August 1. Support has repeatedly told me the withdrawal is still undergoing verification, but when I asked directly whether any additional documents were needed, they confirmed that no further verification or documentation is required from my side.

Despite multiple follow-ups on August 10 and August 15, I have only received generic responses stating the case is under review, with no substantive update or timeline given.

As of August 19, I still have not received the funds. I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance in resolving this withdrawal delay.
