Withdrawal delayed with no meaningful response
I deposited at BetGCC on May 16, 2026 and claimed their welcome bonus. After completing all wagering requirements, I finished with a balance of $4,039.
I completed the casino's verification process and submitted a withdrawal request. After several days with no progress, I contacted live chat support and was told my case had been escalated and that I would receive an email from an account manager.
No email arrived.
I followed up multiple times through live chat and received the same response each time: my case had been escalated and someone would contact me.
On May 25, I emailed support directly requesting an update on my withdrawal. That email was never answered.
I then contacted live chat again and saved the transcript. During that conversation, support repeatedly claimed that my account manager had been trying to contact me by email. However, the same support agent sent me a test email during the chat, which I received immediately and confirmed. This demonstrated that my email address was correct and working.
Despite this, I continued to be told that the account manager could not reach me, while no updates or responses were ever provided.
It has now been more than a month since my withdrawal request. My withdrawal remains unpaid, I have received no meaningful explanation for the delay, and multiple escalations have produced no result.
I am simply requesting:
• An explanation for the delay.
• An update on the status of my withdrawal.
• Payment of my $4,039 withdrawal if there are no outstanding issues.
I have screenshots of the withdrawal confirmation, support chats, and the test email sent by support confirming my email address was functioning correctly.
