Delaying withdrawal of funds

The casino does not withdraw funds. The withdrawal of funds was requested to a crypto wallet. Twice they canceled the withdrawal without giving a reason. Now they are claiming some technical problems. The casino simply does not intend to pay out the funds.

I ask you to look into this unscrupulous casino and help me get funds from my account.
