Failed Withdrawal

I am submitting this complaint against Betcollect concerning ongoing withdrawal issues on my gaming account.

I opened my Betcollect account in January this year and funded the account in April. When I attempted to make a withdrawal, I was informed that my account required verification. I submitted my National ID and other verification documents as requested by the platform.

However, I later encountered an issue with withdrawals. The platform initially required an 11-digit IBAN to process withdrawals, despite the fact that Nigeria does not use the IBAN system. Nigerian banks use a 10-digit NUBAN account number for transactions. After I raised multiple complaints, the platform was later updated to accept 10-digit account numbers.

Despite this correction, my withdrawal of 93 USD still failed and was not processed successfully. Please note that 93 USD is above the platform’s minimum withdrawal amount, so the failed transaction should not be related to withdrawal limits.

I contacted support again to enquire about the reason for the failed withdrawal, but the issue remains unresolved.

This matter has caused unnecessary delay and frustration, and I would appreciate your assistance in helping to resolve this issue with Betcollect and ensure my withdrawal is processed successfully.

I can provide screenshots, account details, and copies of my communication with Betcollect support if required.

I would like to provide an update regarding my ongoing complaint against Betcollect.

After my previous complaint, Betcollect requested additional banking documents for withdrawal verification. However, some of the information they are requesting is not obtainable for regular Nigerian local bank accounts.

They requested a bank statement containing:

- Bank address
- SWIFT/BIC code
- Customer details
- Account details and currency information

I explained to them that Nigerian local bank accounts officially use a 10-digit NUBAN account number system and do not support receiving USD directly through international wire transfers. SWIFT/BIC codes are generally applicable only to domiciliary accounts used for foreign currency transactions, and I do not currently have a domiciliary account.

I also informed them that Nigerian bank statements usually do not contain all the requested information in a single document.

Additionally, when I funded my Betcollect gaming account on 27/04/2026, there was no requirement for any SWIFT/BIC code. I simply transferred Nigerian Naira using a standard 10-digit NUBAN account number provided on the platform, and my gaming account was successfully credited with 15 USD.

Due to these limitations and the ongoing difficulties with bank transfer withdrawals, I have requested that Betcollect provide an acceptable alternative withdrawal method for Nigerian users, since the current bank transfer process is proving problematic.

At this time, my withdrawal issue still remains unresolved.
