Failed Withdrawal
I am submitting this complaint against Betcollect concerning ongoing withdrawal issues on my gaming account.
I opened my Betcollect account in January this year and funded the account in April. When I attempted to make a withdrawal, I was informed that my account required verification. I submitted my National ID and other verification documents as requested by the platform.
However, I later encountered an issue with withdrawals. The platform initially required an 11-digit IBAN to process withdrawals, despite the fact that Nigeria does not use the IBAN system. Nigerian banks use a 10-digit NUBAN account number for transactions. After I raised multiple complaints, the platform was later updated to accept 10-digit account numbers.
Despite this correction, my withdrawal of 93 USD still failed and was not processed successfully. Please note that 93 USD is above the platform’s minimum withdrawal amount, so the failed transaction should not be related to withdrawal limits.
I contacted support again to enquire about the reason for the failed withdrawal, but the issue remains unresolved.
This matter has caused unnecessary delay and frustration, and I would appreciate your assistance in helping to resolve this issue with Betcollect and ensure my withdrawal is processed successfully.
