Delayed 900 EUR withdrawal for over a month
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I would like to file a complaint against BetBona Casino regarding three pending withdrawals totaling €900, which have remained unpaid since 26 January 2026.
I made a deposit of approximately €210 (250 USDC ERC20) on 25 January 2026 and accepted their first deposit bonus. I then successfully completed the wagering requirements using the real-money part of my balance, while the bonus balance remained untouched. After my balance reached €900, I decided to withdraw the funds.
On 26 January 2026, I submitted three withdrawal requests totaling €900, using the same USDC ERC20 withdrawal method. I split the withdrawal to three parts because €400 is the maximum amount allowed per transaction.
On 27 January 2026, I was asked to complete KYC verification. I submitted the requested documents on the same day, and on 29 January 2026 I was informed that my KYC had been successfully approved.
According to BetBona's Terms & Conditions, withdrawal requests are worked through by the financial department within 3 business days. However, despite this stated timeframe, my withdrawals have remained pending for over one month.
I contacted BetBona Support on 11 February 2026 to follow up on the withdrawal requests. However, they could not provide any update and advised me to contact their finance department directly.
On 14 February 2026, I contacted the finance department. They replied that they had received my inquiry, that my case was being reviewed, and that they would provide an update as soon as possible. However, no update and no payment were provided afterward.
I request that BetBona Casino process and pay all three pending withdrawals without further delay.
As supporting documents, I have attached a screenshot of the transaction history from my BetBona account and copies of my correspondence with BetBona finance team.
