My account was closed next day after I submitted a withdrawal request of 135 Euros.

I registered my account here this month and made my first deposit with welcome sports bonus. I deposited 100 euros and got 100 as bonus. After wagering I had around 135 euros and asked to withdraw my funds.

My account is fully verified. While I was wagering bonus I didn't make any foul play, my bets were made according to the rules of that bonus. So I was really surprised to see my account closed with no provided reason. I contacted support in live chat. They told me that I will get email but I didn't get. I sent email to them as well but no response.

Account closure due to gambling addiction

I have closed my account permanently due to gambling issues, addiction and losing money. My account was closed on May 05, 2024. The account was reopened on May 6 or 7 by the casino and led to loss over 5500CAD after the reopening, despite requesting closure due to gambling addiction again and again the account still active and kept ignoring my requests. Additionally I have requested my deposits history after May 5th and also they ignored and didn't even reply through emails and live chat. The Betador casino took advantage of my gambling addiction and didn't adhere to the gambling responsibility policy/ rules or respected the licensing authority. I'm kindly requesting my deposits made after May 5th 2024 to be refunded.

Please I need your help and support on this matter.
