Not credited with no help

Hello,

I accepted a promotion from bet4slot on 05/06/25 and used crypto (ltc) to deposit and copied their crpyto address and sent $30. I can see it was received but my account was not credited. I have sent 3 emails between then and now requesting assistance and they have not responded. I have attempted to reach them via their chat, but it is either closed (not able to use it) or I am left in queue indefinitely. Today I waited in queue for over an hour and would say approximately 40 minutes was in queue place 1 with a 2 minute wait time and have not been able to reach anyone. I think this site must be fraudulent. I have pictures of transactions, proof of receipt, screenshots of chat denying contact and also leaving me waiting for 40 minutes with the wait time being 2 minutes and emails I have sent.
