Waiting for my withdrawals for 2 weeks now

I requested a withdrawal from Bet24-7 on 912€ september 27.

Since that date, I have not been able to get one single update from the site

This is what they are writing in theirs terms: "We will remit funds standing to the credit of your account no later than three working days, if practicable, after receipt of your withdrawal request, although there may be delays due to any security reviews which we decide to undertake."


Every time I'm asking the Live Chat, they are telling me that they don't have anything to do with withdraws, even though it has been so many days now, they can't really help me, other than "the withdraw will be there soon, be patient and so on.

I have not heard anything about there should be delays on the withdraw because of security reviews, and my account got verified more than 2 weeks ago.


So please help me get my money asap - I have never experienced so bad info and help from a site before as on Bet24-7
