I can't withdraw my money since September 27th

Good afternoon.

I would like to ask you for help in withdrawing funds.

This casino ignores me and does not want to pay money.

I put the money on withdrawal on September 27. They asked me to send my passport and a video with it to the post office. I did it. After that, they ignored me. Today is October 9th, I'm afraid for my money.

They say I contact their finance department. But I wrote to them, at first they just sent me the same thing. then they stopped responding at all.
