Unable to get my account verified and silence from the casino


I've been trying to verify my account and get my withdrawal processed.

I sent the documents on 1st day and they haven't been approved yet. Tried to get my phone number verified through live chat but their casino's live chat doesn't have any agents online ever. Been checking multiple times at different times of the day.

Tried contacting their support by e-mail but no response from there either.

Pending withdrawal is 1200$.

I did indeed receive the funds. Their live chat finally started working and I got a really helpful agent to help me there.

I did manage to talk to live chat in their sports section (casino's live chat still doesn't have any agents online). But he couldn't help me at all. Just wanted me to e-mail to their support which never answers.
Still no progress anywhere.
