I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from BeezaBet for more than 10 days, but the withdrawal status is still showing as "New" without any progress.
Here is a detailed summary of my issue:
Account verification was delayed unnecessarily. Even after submitting all required documents, it took a long time to complete verification.
After verification, I placed a withdrawal request. Since then:

I contacted customer support daily.
Each time they said: “Please wait 24 hours, our technical team is working on it.”
