BeezaBet Casino - Withdrawals pending for 10 days without response

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from BeezaBet for more than 10 days, but the withdrawal status is still showing as "New" without any progress.

Here is a detailed summary of my issue:

Account verification was delayed unnecessarily. Even after submitting all required documents, it took a long time to complete verification.

After verification, I placed a withdrawal request. Since then:

The status hasn’t changed from "New" for over 10 days.

I contacted customer support daily.

Each time they said: “Please wait 24 hours, our technical team is working on it.”

But the next day — same excuse again.

When I said I would file a complaint, they gave changing excuses:

First: “Duplicate transaction, team is resolving it.”

Next: “Anti-fraud check is in process.”

Then again: “No reply from technical team yet.”

I have not received any official email or communication regarding my withdrawal request from BeezaBet — not even a rejection or approval mail.

I have screenshots of live chat support where these excuses were given repeatedly. (I will attach them.)

I want my withdrawal to be processed without any further delay, or at least receive a clear, official response via email — not just copy-paste replies in live chat.
