Account under review after big win

“I deposited approximately 4,000 CAD via Interac e-transfer into my Batery Casino account (batery.win) and won a little over 1,000,000 CAD. Several withdrawals were successfull. Starting at 9,999 every 24hrs then the operator dropped it down to 1000 every 24hrs. I managed to withdraw 31,000 before they put my account under review. processed using the same Interac method prior to the win. Immediately after the large win, my account was locked with the message: ‘Your account is currently undergoing a review. Our team is already working on it, and we will try to provide you with a response as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.’ No specific reason, or timeline has been provided. request your urgent mediation to release my full 1,000,000 CAD balance without further delays or restrictions.”

I know they can’t release it all at once but I just want to be able to withdraw again. It’s been about 14 days now since my account went into the review stage.

I’ve also had my account verified KYC.

They did ask for another photo of my id + passport name of casino and date. Which I have sent them.

We regret to inform you that following the submitter's confirmation that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with the relevant regulatory body and, taking into account the fact that the parties did not reach a mutual agreement of settling the dispute, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close this complaint as unresolved. I want Batery casino to give me clarity on my account!! I’ve been waiting for 2.5 months now and have no answers on what’s happening and why I can’t withdraw or play on the site!

I ask, ask gamblers, could you try and pressure Batery casino to give me clarity and for them to re-open my account!

I’ve sent the casino all the information requested! Also I’ve contacted the ADR and Curacao gaming board.

I’ve gotten a reply on my request section through Batery casino stating this.
