Account under review after big win

Our team is already working on it, and we will try to provide you with a response as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.’ No specific reason, or timeline has been provided. request your urgent mediation to release my full 1,000,000 CAD balance without further delays or restrictions.”
I know they can’t release it all at once but I just want to be able to withdraw again. It’s been about 14 days now since my account went into the review stage.
I’ve also had my account verified KYC.
They did ask for another photo of my id + passport name of casino and date. Which I have sent them.
