Bambet verification

I have an outstanding balance for €12.2k which I won and is due to me from Bambet since January 2023. They already asked for loads of different documents to verify my account and now they ask for more. First they asked for:

Photo of ID

Photo of proof of my address

Proof of all my deposits to Bambet

A selfie with my ID

After sending the above, I received an email on 28th January to say they have verified my account. They confirmed the same on live chat on 30th January. Later on that day I got an email asking for:

A document (or a number of documents), showing the transfer of the funds you've deposited into our Casino. It depends on the payment system used and can be a pdf statement from the bank account/e-wallet for the last 6 months.

A document (or a number of documents), showing the origin of the funds used for depositing in our casino, for example, salary statement, proof of business ownership, selling a property, an inheritance payment, or a divorce settlement, etc. (for the last 6 months)

A detailed pdf bank statement showing this income (the origin of funds) being credited to your bank account for the last 6 months or more.

A detailed pdf Skrill statement for the last 6 months or more.

A selfie with your ID + a note on a checkered/lined piece of paper saying "Hello Bambet", and the current date. Please note, that the sheet shouldn't be monotone. Use a sheet with additional textures, e.g. checkered one.


I sent everything they asked for by email except for some of the payslips because I don’t have a copy of them anymore and I can’t get additional copies. I only had payslips for December, January, February and March which I sent. They kept asking me for all my payslips for the full 6 months from August which I don’t have, they wont accept my most recent payslips instead.

I did send my bank statement for the period of August to February which shows all my income. And now because another month has passed (due to me trying to get copies of the missing payslips which I can’t) they are asking for my bank statement for the month of March too. They are moving the goal posts to drag this out. I don’t expect to be asked for such intimate documents by a casino! Please help me get this resolved/paid.

Closed my account without any understable reason

On 18.07.2022 made 13 euro deposit in Bambet casino.

Did not take any bonus just pick one slot and won 260 euro.


Made cash out and upload my passport, selfie with my passport and bill.

After one day I saw an email that my cash out was cancelled.

Went back to live chat where I was asked to upload second selfie with passport together with piece of paper with (hello, bambet and date).

Did that while I was talking with live cash and I was told that all looks good and I can make new cash out and now should receive money.


Was waiting one day and received that my account is closed because I did fraud and cheating.

Accusation you can see on print screen:

1) Development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings

- What even that means, how I can win unfair playings slots even without any bonus?


2) Fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers

- What does that even mean? This is my only online casino account.


3) Chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made

- I did not even use credit card, just sent my BTC from my wallet. So do not even get what they are sending


4) Creating two or more accounts

- This is my only account


5) Other types of cheating

- How can I cheat by playing slots online?


6) Or becomes bankrupt in the country of their residence,

- Do not even understand what they are telling about this


I was asked to provide an explanation true email and live chat. I was ignored and nobody give any answer.

So decide to involve askgamblers and maybe they will explain these random accusations and why they took my winning without any understandable reason.
