Long verification and ignoring

I have been playing for a while at a bookie, 2 deposits were made using cryptocurrency.
After my first withdrawal request - the bookmaker asked me to verify.
I went through video selfies, sent my personal document and home document.
This was not enough for the bookmaker and they asked to contact them for verification via cell phone - which I also successfully passed, 3-4 days later the bookmaker again requested a new photo selfies - which I sent and successfully passed.
At the moment the bookmaker ignores my requests and can not give an exact answer when the problem will be solved.
My 2 withdrawal requests have been pending for over 2 weeks now.
Bookmaker just ignores me - after receiving all my documents and selfies.
