Failed responsible gaming
I have played with Awbit casino. I asked them to close my account due to responsible gaming and they didn't close it. I needed to send another email where I was requesting to close my account again after three days. I was able to deposit 800e there after my first request. I made the request 21st of October and I have been able to play 800e on 24th of October. I used also self-exclusion from my account which I was able to do it by myself but that is only 24hours. I closed my account immediately when I made the request to casino to close my account, but it was opened after 24hours and I was able to play again. I am really tired of casinos not taking responsibility for responsible gaming
