Declined payment even though I used two different deposit methods


Just to make it clear, paysafecard offers this prepaid paysafe mastercard card as a new way to use your paysafe wallet. In order to use the card you have to credit it from the paysafe wallet. So I have been playing in this casino for a while. I decided to sign up because they were offering paysafecard deposits, but most importantly for me, withdrawals as well. Verification was pretty fast. I even withdrew twice to my paysafecard without any problems. I also own a paysafecard mastercard which pretty much lets you use it as a normal mastercard for shopping, casinos etc. So to have a secondary withdrawal method, I decided to deposit with my paysafe mastercard. I did it about 3 to 4 times without any problem. So, I made a withdrawal request, first time I thought of withdrawing to my paysafe account, like I always was doing all this time from this casino. Only to be declined, because I used the paysafecard mastercard and was in the terms to withdraw to the original deposit method which was mastercard. Fair enough. I sent a picture of my mastercard as it was asked, and they claimed that they sent the money to my mastercards wallet and was not accepted by my payment provider. So they offered me alternate solutions, like skrill visa PAYSAFECARD bank transfer. So I said ok, I want them sent to my paysafecard wallet, since this is where they paid me the two previous times. Suddenly they decline paying me and told me that paysafecard is not available anymore. How can it not be available when I withdrew that way before just some days ago? Even in the webpage if you check the deposit and withdrawal options, paysafecard is there. I even contacted live chat and they told me paysafecard is not available from this moment onwards. So I told them if this is true they should remove the paysafe card options from their page as this could be considered misleading. So now they are forcing me to use my bank which I do not want to. I have been playing casinos and shopped and even played video games using my paysafecard account. And this was the reason I signed up to this casino. It was fine a few days ago. Why force me to use my bank account when I did withdraw in paysafe card before. If paysafe card was not available anymore they would just remove it from the page. I do not wish to be sent to my bank and I do not want to open skrill or netteller accounts and even pay extra just to make another deposit and also buy another prepaid card from them which takes over a month to be sent. I want this settled now and my money in the wallet just like they always did. Do not leave me the typical response of ' please give us your contact info and we will see what we can do.' We talked through email and so far I am not satisfied. That is why I end up writing here. I would like it to be settled here. Thanks. (Attached are the picture that shows that they do offer paysafecard as a withdrawal option, proof from my paysafecard account that they did sent me money before to my paysafecard account, about a week ago, and proof of my amount which has now dropped from 500 to 400 because I was waiting for their responses.
