Hello,
My withdraw was approved on 5/17/18 for $600.00 (588.50 after wire transfer fees). I have talked to multiple customer service agents (Tim and Sana are just a few) and they all tell me different things. Sana told me it was transferred and received (my bank has NO records of this) and when i requested proof of payment she would not help me. Tim told me it had not been initiated. My bank has no records of a transfer and told me it could be a scam

I've checked your account and I do see the wire was issued: 5/18 Paid $587.50 + $12.50 for transaction #37759236. Of course, this should have reached your account by now, and we're not seeing any rejections on our end.
In order to look further into this, we'll need to receive a copy of your current bank statement--I've just sent you an email regarding this.
