Hello I have a problem with customer service they tell me that France is authorized, I have the screenshot, they let me deposit it there is now no response from their customer service I would like to recover my deposit of 67 usd because I find it not honest, and no game works, if my country is prohibited why tell me that France is authorized when not. Some providers do block France, which is beyond our control. However, there are providers that do not impose such restrictions, and that's where you played.

The fact that some providers block France does not make you eligible to recover funds from the providers that allow access from France. Had you not played, you could have withdrawn your money instantly.
