I am still awaiting payments from casino. I have been advised that withdrawals have been approved 28/1/2019 and 29/1/2019, i have then been dvised that payment was sent to me on 7/2/2019 and that the 2nd withdrawal will be paid out 2weeks later. Why does it take so long to receive both payments when the total of both payments($200 & $500) are lower than maximum weekly amount sent ($2500). I have also made contact numerous times via email and live chat with minimal clarification.

The service fee has nothing to do with the bonus which was removed. The service fee (which we discounted for you) is what we have to pay our processor for issuing the wire.
