Breach of contract

The casino said I was verified and I can get my money. Then said there was a glitch and would manually verify. Then told it was their mistake. I have all the necessary documents and information rellavant to this. Complaint about breach of contract and unfair play. I have all of the evidence for this and the confirmation of payments and evidence that proves my complaints, please help me.
