Account lockout, investigation pending for weeks


Hello! I opened the account in Nikkibet, replenished it through Neteller. Got a bonus, made a few bets. It was November 26th. The next day I was unable to log into my account, it was blocked.
I turned to tech support with a question. They replied that this is a regular check of the account. But it has been going on for almost three weeks! For all questions, when my account is unlocked, they have one answer:

Hi kapavitas,
We are sorry for the delay but we are waiting for an update from the related department.As soon as we have an update we will let you know.

They did not require me to have any documents for verification, but on the 19th day my account was blocked. Please help me to unlock my account.

Payment of $7,548 delayed for almost two weeks due to unknown withdrawal error
Hello. Im writing this to inform you of this EveryMatrix casino that delays my payment intentionally (7.548$) by having a feature on their end that turns the withdrawal option off for their customers. They seem to claim that its an "error" (We are currently unable to process your request, we are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible [SYS_1101) when you try to make a withdrawal but this is false information. They simply do not have the funds it seems to pay out their customers. I have tried to go on chat to clarify this and they state that its an error that will be solved soon. It has now gone 11 days and im still not able to make a withdrawal! And still to this day they have not resolved this withdrawal "error". It is apparently just a hoax as I have done some research and learned of how some EveryMatrix casinos handle this with the same fake error message which is an option they turn on their site to stall and delay payments simply because they dont have money to pay out to their customers. Even today, as I went on chat to solve this, they still claim its a "technical issue", which is a lie, and they refuse to help out and be responsive. They just ignore their customers on their own chat and dont even give out proper information. No casino has a technical issue for 11 days that inhibits their customers from making a withdrawal. It is just unbelievable how casinos can play around with people's money and do as they like without immediate repercussions.
