Account locked with 800GBP, no help from support

Hi ,
i found a nodeposit here at 770red. after i met playthrough requierments i was pleased to deposit to play further. so i deposited 25gbp with 200% bonus and fullfilled again requirement ending at 800gbp. 2weeks ago i requested withdraw and nothing happend . they did not send any mail even not for verification . i wrote emails and tried to contact livechat but the chat never opened. so today account frozen. need help . dont know what to do pls btw the only thing i got was promo with another users details including password. i told that this is not my account. i was also at 770red for the first time.
