888se delaying refund after suspended account

888 Suspended account after deposit.

I opened an account at 888 casino December 13:e 2023 without any issues at all. I had no problem depositing 10 000sek. No warnings at all. Started a game and could bet 2000sek without issues. Lost them and suddenly my account got suspended! The reason they claimed was that I was self excluded at some other casino on the same network?! I had no clue of that and don't know which casino they referred to. So it was an honest mistake and I was really surprised!

As told before there was no warning or issues opening an account or deposit.

I contacted them directly and told them I was sorry for my mistake (!) and asked for full refund. December 14 2023 They told me that another "department" would handle this and refund me.

December 26 2023 I asked for an update but they did not reply to me.

December 28 2023 I sent another email with no answers.

I haven't heard a word since my account was suspended and my money is still missing.

My claim is a full refund of 10 000sek.

I have all communication saved and attached. If you need translation you can get that.
