Alleged terms violation accusations without any further justification

I deposited on 777slotsbay with a deposit bonus with wagering. I read the terms and conditions carefully before and also made sure not to play any forbidden game while wagering and also watching the max bet. I completed the wager and the balance after wager 4x the deposited amount. When asking for a payout they asked for documents verifying my identity which I sent in. No follow-up questions asked from them.

The response from 777slotsbay was that I supposedly broke the terms and conditions and they have removed any money gained from the bonus. They said as an "act of good will" they will refund the deposited to the account and I could ask for withdrawal of that amount.

777Slotsbay claims that I violated terms & conditions but refuse to point to any specific part of the terms and conditions. When asking exactly what they claim I did wrong they just copy & pasted the major part of the terms and conditions in the response. When asking exactly what would be wrong they just ignored it.

They are now not responding at all and Live Chat claims not being able to assist
