711 Casino is delaying my withdrawal

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am writing to request your assistance with an issue I am experiencing with 711 Casino.

On September 17, 2026, I deposited €500 and claimed their 100% deposit bonus for the casino. I played exclusively the game "Super 7s". After my session, my balance was €1,360, and I decided to cancel the active bonus and withdraw my real money balance of €860.

According to online reviews, withdrawals at this casino are usually processed within approximately 30 minutes. However, it has now been 11 days, and I have neither received my funds nor been given any reason why the payment is delayed.

I have contacted their customer support almost daily to enquire about the status of my withdrawal. Every time, I am simply told to wait. The support representatives claim they do not know why the withdrawal has not been paid out yet and mention that the issue is "under investigation." No timeframe or deadline has been provided.

This situation is very frustrating, especially considering that 711 Casino operates as an instant casino and my deposit was made via Trustly.

I have attached screenshots of my pending withdrawal request as well as copies of my live chat conversations with their customer support team.
