4starsGames Casino - Violation of terms and conditions

Dear AskGamblers

recently I opened an account with 4 starsgames, when opening the account I set a deposit Limit of 350 a month, as by their terms and condition if you are setting a limit to reduce the amount you play/deposit this becomes active Instantly. (which they did)

On the same day after having my account verified, I asked for them to change my Limit to 500 a month which on the casinos terms and condition it say's if you are uplifting or increasing a limit it will be done no shorter than 7 days from the request.

However the casino did not put the limit I asked for of 500 per month they removed my Limit in 24 hours breaking their own terms and condition.
if they followed their terms and condition I should of had a 500 limit placed on the 31/1/20, which you will see their is a total of 2.25k deposited on the 26/1/20.

The casino has not followed their own terms and condition of limits being increased are done no shorter then 7 days.
Also they did not change my limit like asked to 500 a month, they removed my limit.

I demand a full refund of all depoists made on the 26/1/20 as they did not follow their own terms and condition of changing my limit to 500 like asked and also they did it in 24 hours and on their terms and condition it states they will not increase a limit before 7 days of receiving the request.

I will attach proof of their terms and condition and also the emails please look at the date of me asking for a deposit limit of 500 a month which is on 24/1/20 and on the 26/1/20 I deposited 2.25k.
where is if they followed their terms and condition , i would of only been able to depoist an extra 150 and that i would of only been able to do this on the 31/1/20.

Please see my attach of evidence;
-My limit of 350 a month was active on the 24/1/20 as stated by their terms and condition : ( I did not have a limit prior to asking for my 350 a month so this was put on straight away)
3.23. A notice reducing a limit or increasing the exclusion has effect immediately after it is received by Soar Malta Limited.
-My limit of 500 a month was ignored and they removed my limit of 350 a month to nothing within 24 hours and I deposited 2.25k on the 26/1/20.

- Please see deposit history of all deposits made on 26/1/20 which I should of not been able to deposit if they followed their terms and condition.

I demand a full refund of all deposits made on 26/1/20 as they did not follow their terms and conditions, Ignored my 500 limit request and also removed my 350 Limit in 24 hours of asking to change it to 500 a month, resulting in me depositing 2.25k.

Unfortunately, considering that both parties involved in this dispute did not reach to a mutual agreement and that a formal complaint has been submitted in front of the relevant regulatory body, AskGamblers Complaints Team has no other option but to close this complaint as Unresolved.

As soon as AskGamblers Complaints Team is being notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.

The fact is you broke your own terms and condition which clearly states ; A notice increasing or revoking a limit or decreasing the exclusion has effect only after seven days after Soar Malta Limited has received the notice.

If you would of followed your own terms and conditions, I would of had a 7 day period which I would of not been able to deposit anything.
Furthermore I asked for a deposit limit of 500 month you did not clearly state in your email that it would be removed till nil. When you told me you would remove my limit , as the first email of me asking was of changing my limit from 350 to 500 a month, When you are telling me to confirm my details to remove my limit , I suspect that you are refereeing to my relevant request.


Your terms and conditions states this ;
A notice increasing or revoking a limit or decreasing the exclusion has effect only after seven days after Soar Malta Limited has received the notice.

The MGA Gaming player protections states this;
Where any provision in such terms and conditions is
ambivalent, or any reasonable doubt arises as to the meaning thereof,
the interpretation most favourable to the player shall prevail.


You have broken your own terms and conditions therefore I demand a full refund of all deposits made on the 26/1/20.

The player requested for his deposit limit to be changed from 350 euros/month to 500 euros/month on the early hours of Saturday the 25th of January. The player was informed that the limit will have to be removed after 24 hours of his request so that he can be able to create the limit he desired. The player confirmed his details so that his request can be processed and therefore was informed that his limit will be removed on Sunday the 26th of January.

On the 26th of January the player contacted us to remove his limit and so we did as the 24 hours from his request had passed. The player therefore proceeded to deposit 2250 euros instead of creating his required deposit limit. After wagering and losing his money, the player activated and setup a new limit up to 500€.

The limit removal was based, as mentioned to the player on MGA regulations as follows:

6.11.6 Changes to limits: Check whether changes to limits honour the following conditions:
a. Setting more stringent limits shall be effective immediately; and
b. Setting less stringent/removing limits shall take effect after 24 hours from the day on which the licensee receives such notice.

It has been clearly stated that based on our regulatory authority all limits can be removed or changed after 24 hours from the day that the request has been made.

We remain at your disposal for any further clarification.

Missing withdrawal
I have been a player at 4StarsGames for a couple of years now and in that time i have successfully made withdrawals from the casino without a single issue. In the past the funds arrived not later than 72hrs after i receive the confirmation email from the casino, but this time its been well over the standard 3-5 business days to process.
i made a withdrawal of 280 EU and according to my casino account, the withdrawal was processed via wire transfer on the 27.04.20 but i am yet to receive the funds.
I have been in contact with the casino numerous times about the missing funds, but i seem to be getting little help or constructive advice on what may have happened and how to try to follow up on the missing funds.
I have copies of emails from the casino firstly confirming they had received the withdrawal request, secondly that they had processed the withdrawal via wire transfer and lastly once the money had not arrived within the 3-5day processing time, the casino provided me with details of the transaction.
As you can see, the details that the casino provided only show where the money was being sent to, (my bank account details) but there is no information regarding which financial institution the funds were coming from.
I contacted casino online support and mentioned this to them. I requested further information in order to try and track the whereabouts of the funds myself and i was advised would be provided, but never was.
I have attached copies of all relevant emails and chat transcripts, as well as a screenshot of the processed transaction in my casino account.
The reason i have added these particular pictures is to also show that the casino has provided 3 different dates as to when the withdrawal was made.
The screenshot of the withdrawal in my casino account shows the process date as 27.04.20
The email from the casino stating that they had processed my withdrawal via wire transfer was dated 28.04.20
Lastly the email i received from the casino showing the transaction details, shows the date it was processed was on the 29.04.20
Which of these are the correct date and why is it so difficult to get this resolved when the casino has already been happy to send money in the pppast?
Any help i can get would be greatly appreciated thank you.
