I am writing to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal issue with the casino.
My withdrawal was marked as “Paid Out” on 19/03/2026, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account even after 45 days.
On the same day, I contacted the casino’s support team and submitted all the required documents, including my bank statement, to prove that the payment has not been received.
Since then, every time I follow up, I receive the same repeated response stating that:
*My case has been submitted to the finance department
*The payment provider is reviewing the transaction
*They are waiting for confirmation
However, no actual resolution, proof of transfer, transaction reference, or definite timeline has been provided.
It has now been 45 days, which is an unreasonable delay for a withdrawal that was already marked as completed.
I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help obtain:
1. Clear proof of the transaction from the casino/payment provider
2. A specific timeline for resolution
3. Immediate release of my pending withdrawal if the transaction has not actually been processed
I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, but the repeated generic replies without progress are unacceptable.

My bank has informed me that they require an official response from 4raBet's payment provider, signed and stamped, confirming that the payment was actually transferred to my bank account.
Please ask 4raBet to provide this official confirmation or other signed and stamped proof from their payment provider. Until then, my bank cannot verify that the withdrawal was credited.

- A copy of the payment provider's bank statement showing the disputed transfer, bearing the bank's official signature and stamp.
- An official bank response from the payment provider's bank, also signed and stamped, confirming whether the funds were actually transferred to my bank account.
This documentation is necessary to independently verify whether the payment was truly sent to my bank or not. So far, 4rabet has not provided sufficient evidence proving that the disputed withdrawal was successfully credited to my account.
