Withdrawal pending for 45 days despite being marked paid out

Dear AskGamblers Support,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal issue with the casino.

My withdrawal was marked as “Paid Out” on 19/03/2026, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account even after 45 days.

On the same day, I contacted the casino’s support team and submitted all the required documents, including my bank statement, to prove that the payment has not been received.

Since then, every time I follow up, I receive the same repeated response stating that:

*My case has been submitted to the finance department

*The payment provider is reviewing the transaction

*They are waiting for confirmation

However, no actual resolution, proof of transfer, transaction reference, or definite timeline has been provided.

It has now been 45 days, which is an unreasonable delay for a withdrawal that was already marked as completed.

I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help obtain:

1. Clear proof of the transaction from the casino/payment provider

2. A specific timeline for resolution

3. Immediate release of my pending withdrawal if the transaction has not actually been processed

I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, but the repeated generic replies without progress are unacceptable.

Dear 4rabet Support Team,


I am writing regarding my disputed withdrawal transaction for which you provided UTR number 644471731045.

Today, I personally visited my Kotak Mahindra Bank branch and requested verification of this UTR number.


The bank staff informed me that they could not find any transaction credited to my account corresponding to the UTR provided by 4rabet.


Since the bank has confirmed that no such transaction is visible in my account, I kindly request that you provide additional proof that the payment was successfully processed.


Please provide:

The originating bank name.
The exact transaction amount.
The transaction date and time.
The payment provider's confirmation report.
A transaction trace report showing that the funds were successfully delivered to my bank account.


As of now, the funds have not been received in my account, and the UTR provided by 4rabet could not be verified by my bank.


I request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and providing the above information as soon as possible.

I have been a regular 4rabet user for about three years, and I am extremely disappointed with the recent issue regarding my deposit. On 31/05/2026, I made a UPI deposit of 13,999 INR through PhonePe. The transaction has been pending for many days and the amount has neither been credited to my 4rabet account nor refunded to my bank. The transaction details are UTR: 380962924583 and reference SUP-1506861.


I contacted my bank by phone and was informed that the transaction was successfully processed from their side. Despite this, 4rabet’s Telegram support, email support, and other customer support channels keep sending the same repeated message that the transaction is “still in process,” without providing any real solution. I was even given a specific timeline for resolution, but that timeline has already passed and nothing has changed.


It has now been around ten days since the transaction, and I still have not received my refund or the deposit in my account. As a long‑time user, this situation has completely damaged my trust. I feel that my money is stuck without justification, and the repeated standard replies from support are very frustrating.


I request that my deposit of 13,999 INR linked to UTR: 380962924583 and SUP-1506861 be resolved immediately by either crediting the amount to my 4rabet account or processing a full refund to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and assurance that such an issue will not be repeated in the future.
