"I am reporting a missing withdrawal of ₹73,300 from 4raBet, which was initiated on 28/11/2025.
The operator marked the status as 'Paid Out' and provided a receipt with Reference ID 25332/268312, but the UTR field in that receipt is blank. My bank (Airtel Payments Bank) officially confirmed via email on 03/01/2026 that this reference number is not traceable and no funds have been received in my account.
I have already submitted the bank's written confirmation and my full statement to 4raBet multiple times, but they continue to give me automated replies asking for 'patience'. It has been nearly 60 days of waiting. I request AskGamblers to intervene as the operator is providing invalid transaction details and withholding my funds."

Official Bank Verification Already Provided: I have already uploaded an official, certified confirmation letter from my bank branch. The bank management has clearly verified that no transaction exists anywhere in the banking system with this 11-digit slash-format reference number.
Standard Banking Rules: In the Indian banking system (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), a successful transfer always generates a standard, traceable 12-digit UTR number. A third-party internal gateway reference number cannot be used by a local bank branch to trace missing funds if the money never reached the banking network.
The Casino's Own Receipt is Blank: The receipt provided by the casino clearly shows that the "UTR NO.:" column is completely BLANK. This proves beyond doubt that while an internal request was initiated, the actual banking transaction failed, and no real UTR was ever generated.
Since my bank has already officially confirmed non-receipt after 6 months, and the casino cannot provide a valid 12-digit banking UTR, the funds are clearly stuck on the casino's payment gateway side.
I kindly request the AskGamblers moderator to instruct the casino to cancel this failed transaction and immediately refund the amount of ₹73,300 back to my 4raBet gaming wallet so I can withdraw via an alternative method.

The casino has finally provided a receipt screenshot from "PRIME CO-OP BANK LTD" through their live chat. This receipt clearly exposes the entire issue and proves that the casino has NOT provided a valid banking UTR number.
Please review the attached screenshot carefully:
1. The number "25332/268312" is explicitly printed as the "Reference ID".
2. The field for "UTR NO.:" is completely BLANK on this receipt. No actual banking UTR was ever generated for this NEFT transfer.
This perfectly matches the official clarification letter from my bank, which confirms that "25332/268312" does not exist as a transaction reference in the banking system.
It is now undeniable that the transaction either failed or remained incomplete at the sender's bank (Prime Co-op Bank), and the funds never left their system.
Since the casino has failed to produce a valid, standard 12 Digit UTR number, I request the AskGamblers Team to reject their claims and order an immediate REFUND of ₹73,300 back to my gaming wallet.
