Hello, Dear 4rabet & Askgamblers ,
My registered email and username with 4rabet casino is rajesh630345@gmail.com , UUID - b8753d7c-8c88-423b-80e3-2f66acbc2f42
I was using my 4rabet account since from a long time and then all of a sudden I am unable to login to my account without any notice and I also completed my kyc verification,and I can also assure you that all other verifications will also get completed and I have a current account balance of more then 30,000 INR in my 4rabet casino account currently.
I have contacted 4rabet Live support several times almost but their customer support staff seems to be either offline as they respond back with same bot automated response everytime I contact them and ask them to help me with my login & withdrawal concern & most of the times they don't respond back to my concern about not being able to login and withdraw my balance funds.
I would kindly request Askgamblers to take serious actions against this 4rabet Casino site for not providing support to its customer.
Kindly investigate fairly and help me resolve my query with 4rabet.

Thank you for your response. I respectfully request that you reconsider the decision to permanently block my account.

I understand that you have referred to Sections 5 and 13 of your Terms & Conditions, but your response does not specify which particular rule I allegedly violated or what activity resulted in the permanent restriction.

Please provide me with the specific reason for the decision, including the relevant section/clause and the activity that you believe breached your rules, so that I can properly understand and respond to the allegation.

I also request a manual review of my account by the relevant compliance team. If the account cannot be reinstated, please explain the basis for retaining my remaining balance of ₹30,000 and provide the applicable terms and transaction/account records supporting this decision.

I am willing to provide any identification or other information required to verify my account and resolve this matter.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a ₹5,000 deposit that I attempted to make to my 4RABET casino account on 13 September 2026 at approximately 10:35 PM.

I initiated a ₹5,000 deposit through 4RABET. During the payment process, the payment provider showed the amount payable as ₹4,999.64 instead of ₹5,000. I followed the payment instructions provided by the payment provider and successfully paid the displayed amount of ₹4,999.64 through UPI using Paytm.

The payment was successfully completed, and the amount of ₹4,999.64 was debited from my bank account.

The payment was made to the following details displayed by the payment provider:

4rabet Denied 1000 INR Spin Marathon Real Cash Prize Despite Mission Completion

I am a regular player on 4rabet (UUID: 6fa82c35-f456-4888-8baf-3b3e2e1d6953).

I participated in the weekly "Spin Marathon" mission, which requires completing 2000 spins within a week to receive a 1000 INR Real Cash Prize. I successfully completed all 2000 spins playing "777 Gems" and "Casino Strike" slots. My in-app mission progress bar clearly showed "2000/2000 Spins Completed." However, after the mission week ended and reset, the 1000 INR cash prize was not credited to my main balance.

Initially, the support team acknowledged in the chat that my mission was successfully completed with 2000 spins and stated that a detailed investigation was underway. However, they later abruptly changed their statement via email, claiming that the reward was deactivated because I did not meet a "₹40,000 wagering requirement."

This is a completely false and fabricated excuse to deny my payout.

The Spin Marathon is strictly a spin-count promotion, not a wagering bonus. In fact, I have successfully completed this exact same mission and received the 1000 INR real cash prize on 27th August and 10th September without any wagering conditions. I have the historical screenshots proving that I received these exact rewards previously without any such hidden terms. 4rabet is acting in bad faith and changing the promotional rules retroactively after the player has fulfilled the criteria.

I request AskGamblers to intervene, review my gameplay history logs for the 2000 completed spins, and instruct 4rabet to credit my rightful 1000 INR cash prize immediately.

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am filing a complaint against 4rabet regarding a ₹3,000 deposit that has not been credited to my 4rabet account.

I made the payment on 2 September 2026 at 07:46 PM through UPI. The payment was successfully completed, and my payment receipt clearly shows:

I contacted 4rabet Support regarding this issue and provided the required payment proof and UTR. Initially, I was asked to wait for the investigation, and I was told that the issue could take up to 10 business days.

I waited for the requested period, but the deposit was still not credited.

After that, instead of resolving the issue, 4rabet informed me that my case had been urgently escalated. They provided the following escalation reference:

They then told me that the urgent escalation would take another 3–5 business days to review and resolve.

I have already waited a considerable amount of time for a ₹3,000 deposit that was successfully paid. I have also provided the UPI transaction proof and UTR, but the issue remains unresolved.

Please properly trace the ₹3,000 transaction using UTR 313792527899.
If 4rabet/payment provider has received the funds, please credit ₹3,000 to my 4rabet account immediately.
If the funds were not received, please provide a clear explanation and arrange a refund to the original payment source.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed deposit of ₹9,999.51 made to my 4Rabet account.

On August 21-2026, I made a deposit of ₹9,999.51 through the payment method provided by 4Rabet. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and the transaction shows that the funds were successfully transferred to the beneficiary/payment recipient.

However, the deposit was not credited to my 4Rabet account.

I contacted 4Rabet support and provided the transaction details and proof of payment. Instead of crediting the deposit, 4Rabet informed me that the payment had failed and advised me to contact my bank/payment provider.

I subsequently checked the transaction with my bank. According to the transaction information available to me, the amount was successfully debited and the payment was not reversed.

4Rabet later stated that a refund would be processed and that I would need to wait for the refund. However, I have not received the funds, and I have not been provided with a satisfactory transaction-specific explanation showing where the money is currently held or why the payment is being treated as failed.
