Deposit of 1000 INR Not Credited in 4rabet Account Still Pending After 48 Hours

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a complaint against 4rabet Casino regarding a deposit issue.

I made a deposit of ₹1000 on 21st October 2025, but even after more than 48 hours, the amount has not been credited to my 4rabet gaming account.

I contacted the 4rabet customer support several times, but they keep giving me the same scripted response —

“Please wait, the payment provider has not yet confirmed your transaction. Once it’s accepted, it will be credited.”

It’s been two days already, and there has been no progress or confirmation from their side.

Issue with deposit

I had a very disappointing experience with 4rabet regarding my deposit issue. My payment was successfully debited from my bank account through the QR code provided by their platform, but even after 3 days the amount is still not credited to my wallet.

I provided all proofs including bank statement, transaction details, and UTR number, yet support keeps giving repeated delays and generic responses instead of a proper resolution. Their payment provider is also unresponsive.

As a customer, it is frustrating to wait this long for funds that were successfully transferred. I request 4rabet to resolve deposit issues faster and take proper responsibility for their payment system instead of making customers suffer for days.

Despite multiple follow-ups via Ticket SUP-1389942, I am receiving only scripted responses. On May 11, their agent Raj Kumar promised a resolution within 24 hours, but the deadline has passed with no funds in my bank account.
The casino claimed on Trustpilot that the transaction is "Paid out," but they are refusing to provide a valid RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) or UTR so that I can track the funds with my bank. This lack of transparency and constant delay is unacceptable. Dear AskGamblers Support,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal issue with the casino.

My withdrawal was marked as “Paid Out” on 19/03/2026, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account even after 45 days.

On the same day, I contacted the casino’s support team and submitted all the required documents, including my bank statement, to prove that the payment has not been received.

Since then, every time I follow up, I receive the same repeated response stating that:

However, no actual resolution, proof of transfer, transaction reference, or definite timeline has been provided.

I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help obtain:

1. Clear proof of the transaction from the casino/payment provider

2. A specific timeline for resolution

3. Immediate release of my pending withdrawal if the transaction has not actually been processed

I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, but the repeated generic replies without progress are unacceptable.
