Delayed withdrawal and no UTR provided

I am reporting a severe delay in my withdrawal from 4rabet. My transaction (ID: AYkR7qBl0dOrEleDJl6XADQQQckCPp3h) has been pending since April 24, 2026.
Despite multiple follow-ups via Ticket SUP-1389942, I am receiving only scripted responses. On May 11, their agent Raj Kumar promised a resolution within 24 hours, but the deadline has passed with no funds in my bank account.
The casino claimed on Trustpilot that the transaction is "Paid out," but they are refusing to provide a valid RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) or UTR so that I can track the funds with my bank. This lack of transparency and constant delay is unacceptable. I have already contacted the Curacao Gaming Commission and now I request AskGamblers to intervene to help me recover my legitimate winnings.

The casino representative's response is yet another stalling tactic. They claim the transaction is 'under investigation' but have failed to provide a single shred of evidence, such as a new transaction ID or a valid UTR, despite the previous one being confirmed as fake by my bank (Union Bank of India). I have already provided the official denial letter from my bank which clearly proves their previous claim was false. The casino is simply delaying the process to avoid fulfilling their obligation. I request the AskGamblers team to note that no new evidence has been provided, and this is merely a continuation of their delaying strategy.

URGENT REMINDER TO MODERATOR & 4RABET MANAGEMENT

As today is Friday and another business week is coming to a close, I want to bring to the immediate attention of the AskGamblers Moderator that 4raBet Casino has still NOT provided any concrete timeframe, nor have they processed my legitimate funds of ₹16,287.

Key Facts for the Moderator's Immediate Action Today:

My withdrawal has been deliberately withheld for 35 days now (since April 24, 2026).

I have already submitted the official bank denial letter proving that the UTR provided by 4raBet is completely fake and non-existent in the banking system.

Instead of addressing the fake UTR or providing an official PDF success receipt, 4raBet simply copy-pasted a scripted response to maliciously reset the 96-hour timer.

Furthermore, 4raBet's support has been caught attempting to systematically remove independent mediators from email threads to conduct shady, unmonitored communications, which I have already reported to the Gentoo Media Legal Team.

This is a clear case of operator non-compliance and stalling. I request the AskGamblers Moderator to NOT wait for the 96-hour timer to expire. Issue with deposit

I had a very disappointing experience with 4rabet regarding my deposit issue. My payment was successfully debited from my bank account through the QR code provided by their platform, but even after 3 days the amount is still not credited to my wallet.

I provided all proofs including bank statement, transaction details, and UTR number, yet support keeps giving repeated delays and generic responses instead of a proper resolution. Their payment provider is also unresponsive.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal issue with the casino.

My withdrawal was marked as “Paid Out” on 19/03/2026, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account even after 45 days.

On the same day, I contacted the casino’s support team and submitted all the required documents, including my bank statement, to prove that the payment has not been received.

Since then, every time I follow up, I receive the same repeated response stating that:
