Delayed withdrawal and no UTR provided

I am reporting a severe delay in my withdrawal from 4rabet. My transaction (ID: AYkR7q­Bl0­dOr­Ele­DJl­6XA­DQQ­Qck­CPp3h) has been pending since April 24, 2026.
Despite multiple follow-ups via Ticket SUP-1389942, I am receiving only scripted responses. On May 11, their agent Raj Kumar promised a resolution within 24 hours, but the deadline has passed with no funds in my bank account.
The casino claimed on Trustpilot that the transaction is "Paid out," but they are refusing to provide a valid RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) or UTR so that I can track the funds with my bank. This lack of transparency and constant delay is unacceptable. I have already contacted the Curacao Gaming Commission and now I request AskGamblers to intervene to help me recover my legitimate winnings.

Dear AskGamblers Moderator, the casino's latest response is again purely generic and lacks any verifiable proof of payment (no UTR, no transaction receipt). They claim the funds were processed, yet they cannot provide a single document to support this claim after 45+ days.
​My bank's official denial letter is the only verifiable evidence in this case. Since the casino refuses to provide any concrete proof and is only using these stalling tactics to avoid an 'Unresolved' status, I formally request you to stop granting further timer extensions, review the conflicting statements they have made, and close this case as Unresolved immediately.

Dear AskGamblers Moderator, the casino has once again provided a completely generic response without a single shred of proof (no UTR, no transaction receipt, no bank trace). Instead of providing evidence, they are now 'advising' me to remove my screenshots from this public record, which is a clear attempt to silence me and hide the truth.
​I have already submitted an official denial letter from my bank proving no funds were received. Since the casino is refusing to provide concrete evidence of transfer and is instead resorting to such tactics, I formally request that you stop granting them these 96-hour extensions, declare this case as 'Unresolved', and downgrade their rating to reflect this lack of transparency. I have no further information to provide until they produce a valid bank transfer trace.

I have been a regular 4rabet user for about three years, and I am extremely disappointed with the recent issue regarding my deposit. On 31/05/2026, I made a UPI deposit of 13,999 INR through PhonePe. The transaction has been pending for many days and the amount has neither been credited to my 4rabet account nor refunded to my bank. The transaction details are UTR: 380962924583 and reference SUP-1506861.


I contacted my bank by phone and was informed that the transaction was successfully processed from their side. Despite this, 4rabet’s Telegram support, email support, and other customer support channels keep sending the same repeated message that the transaction is “still in process,” without providing any real solution. I was even given a specific timeline for resolution, but that timeline has already passed and nothing has changed.


It has now been around ten days since the transaction, and I still have not received my refund or the deposit in my account. As a long‑time user, this situation has completely damaged my trust. I feel that my money is stuck without justification, and the repeated standard replies from support are very frustrating.


I request that my deposit of 13,999 INR linked to UTR: 380962924583 and SUP-1506861 be resolved immediately by either crediting the amount to my 4rabet account or processing a full refund to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and assurance that such an issue will not be repeated in the future.
