Bertil Casino - Unfairly trying to confiscate almost €4,000 withdrawal

Hello there.
Yesterday i opened a accont at Bertil casino and i won 4000 euros.I did the withdraw as normal and today in the morning I received a email to send my documents to verify my account.Everything went smoothly until I received a email from mr Kristoffer saying that my account has been closed and my winnings confiscated due a self exclusion of a previous account at redbet.com.
I get in contact with the support and I received a epost of someone linked to Mr Green (and i know that they are a good casino) telling me that my winnings is not going to be confiscated and was being processed.
But because it was a little bit confusing,wrote again to support,and no answer.Finally i got hold to live chat,and while the attendant was chatting and ask me to wait until she contacted the economic department,suddenly the chat window was closed.
They are ignoring me and my questions.
The self exclusion is a bad excuse,two weeks ago i on 650 euros at the betsafe.com directly to my credit card with no stress and i even did not need verify my account.
I see many people having similar problema with other casinos and i had a almost similar problem with cruise casino.As soon i filed a complaint here,i got my payment.
I do NOT recommend Bertil casino at all!

I got a reply from Bertil.The explanation was satisfatory,but has been a mistake from their part.
I am receiving my deposit back.
As you guys can see,it as a misundertood from their part.
The case is solved!
