Complaint Regarding unpaid winnings of 11284 Euro

I am writing to formally file a complaint against 30Bet.com for refusing to pay out my legitimate winnings of €11,284.

I provided the casino with all the necessary verification documents. Initially, I submitted a bank statement from Revolut to verify my address, but the casino did not accept it. To comply with their request, I then provided an official payslip from my employer, Yourstaff, to verify my identity and address. The casino previously accepted my payslip as proof of address and later requested a selfie with my ID card, stating, "Once completed we will process your pending withdrawal as soon as possible." Despite fulfilling all their verification requirements, they have now wrongfully accused me of submitting a forged document—an unfounded accusation that I strongly contest. My payslip is genuine, and I can verify its authenticity, including showing its origin if necessary.


Supporting Evidence:


Official Payslip: Document from Yourstaff verifying my employment and salary (attached).


Bank Transaction: Proof of the salary payment of 1,496.00 SEK deposited into my account (attached).


Mobile Banking Screenshot: Verification that the salary payment was successfully received (attached).


Email Correspondence: Communication with 30Bet.com confirming that they initially accepted my payslip and later requested a selfie with my ID (attached).


Selfie with ID: As requested by the casino, a selfie with my ID card (attached).


It is evident that the casino is using this accusation as a pretext to withhold my legitimate winnings. Seizing such a substantial amount of €11,284 is both unethical and unacceptable.

Submitted all requested verification documents.


Provided a selfie with my ID card as requested.


Resolution Sought:

I am requesting that 30Bet.com honors my legitimate winnings and promptly pays out the amount of €11,284. Additionally, I urge AskGamblers to investigate this matter to prevent similar unfair treatment of other players.


I have attached all relevant documents, including the payslip, proof of bank transaction, mobile banking screenshot, and email correspondence, for your reference.

30Bet refusing to pay out my 28k USD

Hello,

I have been going back and forth with 30bet since the 10th of July - it is now about to be the 10th of August.

A month of continuous KYC delaying tactics to avoid payment.

I made 3 crypto deposits on their website.

They asked me for the normal stuff in the beginning; my ID and proof of address.

I uploaded the documents on their website, I sent it to them in their customer chat and I emailed them the documents.

Even after this they had to ask me for the documents three more times. They have no control.

After I spoke with VIP managers multiple times they made sure the documents got through and everything was fine.

They then asked me to take a selfie with my ID which I sent in.

They declined payment.

After that they wanted me to prove the crypto deposits.

I sent them screenshots of ALL three of the crypto deposits I made, with the transaction ID, date and amount. All the info on all the deposits was there.

They didn't accept that.

They wanted a "BANK statement" showing all the deposits.

A *bank* statement showing crypto deposits.

A type of document that doesn't exist.

Once that was explained to them and they understood that, they declined payment again.

Then they asked me to prove my source of funds.

I sent them my annual tax statements and winnings from another casino.

Declined payment again.

At this point I have proven my identity, my proof of address, my crypto deposits and sources of funds.

Now they tell me: "Full bank statement from June-July 2024 showing the deposits made to our platform."

A bank statement to prove crypto deposits, again. I have already sent them documents proving the deposits, documents which they accepted. After they accepted the documents they asked for other documents, and now they go back asking for the same stuff in a different way.

I could not write everything I have had to go through as I would be here all day. This is maybe 15-20% of everything.

They ask me for a document. If that document shouldn't be possible to get, I have to spend time explaining that to them. Then they ask me for something else. They keep doing this and are not stopping. I have sent them so many documents and talked with them between 60-80 times at least across mail/chat. I need help now. They are threatening to close my account and confiscate funds. I have provided all the documents that they have asked for and still they refuse to pay me my money.
