Good evening,
I made a request for paout that got approved on the 17/01/2018. After waiting for the maximum processing time (15days) I contacted the live support and was told that I had to wait a bt longer due to high numbers of requests and it was still pending to be sent to processor. Till now i havent received any new about my request so once more can you help me out tawni?
