Unfair confiscation of balance


Hello. On 22nd of February I joined 2Crazy casino through a link from askgamblers. I made a 50€ deposit with Skrill but I didnt get the promised 150% bonus so I asked support if they could add it manually. Support told me they would add the bonus soon, and even add 20€ extra bonus with no wager. I was not told to wait for the bonus to be added, so I started playing after I got bored. I managed to win 600€ first on reactoonz 2 and later won ~2500€ from honey rush. After waking up next day support still hadnt added the bonus, so I asked if they could just not add the bonus and I could just withdraw my balance of 3914.60€, as it was marked as "Cash". I also said I could do the original wager once they added the bonus. It took few more hours after that, but when they added the bonus, they reset my balance to 125€ which to be fair is the original 50€ + 150% balance. I still feel that is unfair as I was never told not to play before adding the bonus and they said the 20€ extra bonus was wager free. I tried to find a reasonable solution with the casino directly, but I felt they just tried to wiggle their way our of winning my big win.

I can say that the second time they were more willing to resolve this issue, and we may have found a resolution that makes everyone happy. I am now waiting on them to hold up their end, and will update here once they do.
