Withdrawal Pending no response
I am submitting a complaint regarding my withdrawal and verification process at 29Black Casino.
On June 4, I was asked to provide a valid photo ID for account verification. I submitted my passport on June 8.
After requesting a withdrawal, I was informed that my documents could not be accepted, but initially no specific reason was provided. After I asked for clarification, the casino stated that there was an issue with my passport and requested that I submit the documents again. I complied and provided the requested documents.
Later, the casino requested an additional document (driver's license or national ID). Although I initially explained that I did not have one readily available, I subsequently located it and submitted it as requested on June 15.
Since then, I have continued to ask for confirmation that my verification is complete and that my withdrawal can be processed. However, I have not received a clear answer regarding the status of my verification or my withdrawal request.
I believe I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements and provided all documents requested by the casino. I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance in obtaining clarification on my account verification status and ensuring that my withdrawal is processed without further unnecessary delays.
