Account Verification and Withdrawal nightmare
I am facing the same issue it appears many others have faced with 24Bettle based on reading historic and current complaints..
After being made to wait over 2 weeks for my account verification to be completed, I am now still waiting on my withdrawal to show up in my bank account after another 3 weeks making it a total of 5 weeks since i requested the withdrawal.
I have been told multiple times that my withdrawal was approved and the funds will be in my bank within 2-5 days, the earliest account of this was being told that my withdrawal was release on the 17th July, also told the 19th and various other dates.
The replies I get from support range from useless to outright incompetent and are almost always the same annoying cut and paste replies with references to waiting on replies from "relevant departments" and other nonsense, on top of this they are always wrapped up in the most annoying fake/forced pleasantry's which just infuriate you when you just want a straight answer..
I through all my emails haven't actually been given a single actually meaningful update with any specifics of why my money hasn't show up yet, just references to my issue being investigated by the (you guessed it) "relevant department" and that withdrawals require "extensive work" and my case is an "isolated case" even though there seems to be dozens of the same case reported here...
I have copies of all emails and are happy to provide copies of whatever is required, just let me know.

I honestly don't understand how a company can get away with doing this over and over and over again?
