I am playing for a few monts at and have made a few withdrawals.
Last week i won 1050,- and tried to withdraw this.
The request bounced back, and i received an email to provide documents as usual.
Afer providing them, and haven't heard anything concirning the verification, i decided to go to the chatroom and ask what the status was.
Afer a half hour i received an email that they need additional documents, and that my account is being reviewed for possible having multiple accounts!
I never had multiple accounts, so this is a lie, but they say the system deteced something.
Afer asking what the system has deteced they cant give me this information, but wish me a nice day.
The investigation will possibly take up to 30 days...
What can i do to prove that the accusations are false?
Hopefully you can help me with this issue, for i truelly am a player who never uses multiple accounts or something, but plays by the RULES..
