Withdrawal was processed nearly 3 weeks ago but no funds yet

24Bettle told me they sent my withdrawal of 1600Euro by bank transfer to me on 30/09 and that it would take up to 5 working days. 5 days went by and nothing, so I asked 24Bettle for a proof of transfer from them to make sure it was sent and the information was correct. They refused and instead told me i need to speak to my Bank and get a letter to prove I haven't received the money. I got this letter and sent it to them and they said i now need to get my Bank to stamp the letter which was very annoying. So i phoned my bank and got them to post me another letter which has been sent to 24Bettle and now they are ignoring me.

Why would they say they sent the withdrawal when they didn't? Nearly 3 weeks for a Bank transfer is not possible. How hard would it be to send me a proof of transfer? Its a very fair thing to ask for. They are misleading me and delaying the process or they simply have no intention of paying out.

Allow me to inform you regarding your missing withdrawal.

We have run an internal investigation from the moment you have reported that you are missing a withdrawal that has been approved from our end.

With this investigation, we have discovered that there were technical issues at batch upload at our bank, which made certain payments not booked on the initial transfer and therefore were not sent towards your bank account. After this being done, we made another order of payment again on 20th of October 2020. This time it was a successful one and your winnings should reach your account shortly.

Please note that it was not in our intention to wait so long for your withdrawal and we are very thankful for your patience. We would also kindly ask you to keep us updated on receiving your winnings.

Hello you have been saying the same thing for 20 days just on repeat. I don't believe you are doing necessary checks. Its more than a coincidence that someone from Holland has just complained here for the exact same thing you're doing to me. Do you have the money to pay? Do you prefer to pay in instalments? Can you just be honest and straight with me PLEASE.
