First of all please accept our apologies for the delayed answer.
Allow me to inform you regarding your missing withdrawal.
We have run an internal investigation from the moment you have reported that you are missing a withdrawal that has been approved from our end.
With this investigation, we have discovered that there were technical issues at batch upload at our bank, which made certain payments not booked on the initial transfer and therefore were not sent towards your bank account. After this being done, we made another order of payment again on 20th of October 2020. This time it was a successful one and your winnings should reach your account shortly.
Please note that it was not in our intention to wait so long for your withdrawal and we are very thankful for your patience. We would also kindly ask you to keep us updated on receiving your winnings.
