Verification and payment nightmare

I have register on 24bettle.com and deposit with welcome bonus. I did the second deposit without bonus and start play; I had some winnings; I wanted to withdraw and saw that was not available because of wagering. I saw that the bonus from the first deposit was still active because something like 0,20 cent was left in account from the pervious bonus. I didn't like it, but I played further and lost all money. After that I had sent a mail to support clear my account from the pervious bonus, because there was still like 0,20 scent left. The support has cleared my account from the pervious bonus and confirmed with an email. After that I deposit 1k with no bonus. I checked in my account the money was free of any wagering I could just withdraw. I played Gonzo's Quest and when I made it 1,5 on my account, I requested withdraw. The all money was available for withdraw. They congratulated me the winnings and they would process the withdraw in 48 hours. It was on 30 December 2019. They asked some documents verifying such, screenshot of skrill, Muchbetter, Passport copy, address proof and bank statement. All documents were ok, but they asked a screenshot of Muchbetter which must show my phone number/email and transfers to Condor limited. I send all screenshots possible of app of Muchbetter but there was no screenshot that fulfill their standards. I asked a few times to send an example of the document that they request and finally they send me that. It was not a “screenshot” but a document only support of Muchbetter can provide it. Anyway I get this document from Muchbetter and send it on 24 January 2020. Then 24bettle.com support did not answer my mails more than a week about my withdraw. 24bettle cancelled and blocked the amount on Saturday, 1 Feb. 2020. I send them on the same day explanation otherwise I would start a complaint. Then 24bettle support answered my mails after minutes and wrote that “you will received great news soon”.

Support gave this answer on Monday 3 February at 9:30 " Kindly be informed that our legal department reviewed your account and concluded that your wagering requirements are correctly calculated." I have asked an explanation and documentation about this, which 24bettle has never provided. They can't because the deposit was with no bonus. They don’t explain which wagering, how much wagering, how can they cancel the pending and blocked with wagering.

After a lot of different accuses about 5 weeks of verification process, 24betlle gave the following answer: " reviewing documents is extensive work and they have to be verified by several people". I play more 10 years on online gambling websites. I have verified account by more MGA licensed operators. I have more companies, bank accounts, online e-wallets... I have traveled to a lot of countries and asked visas. Truly never experienced such a verifying process. And all this for my winnings of 1,5k (less than my total deposit amount) back to the same account that Condor Limited has received deposits?

Dear AskGamblers and 24bettle.com,

1. I have received 1k on my account after 7 weeks and more 60 mails.
2. As I wrote many times, I start my complaint by askgamblers and MGA. Askgamblers has accept my complaint thanks. MGA and redirected me IBAS and IBAS still did not respond.
3. In this time 24betlle has blocked my money, and I had to play to wager a bonus that they have added my account. I had asked them many times to remove bonus from my account, but 24bettle waited till they cancelled my withdraw after 1 month and blocked with bonus.
4. I have unsubscribe by thier emails but on the website it give constant error. I have sent them many emails to remove my email from thier email list; they confirmed that but I get even today offers.
5. As I have wrote in mails, I gave this case to the gambler lawyer in Malta to open legal case against 24betlle and MGA. From now everything will be followed up by the lawyer.
I hope the case will give a serious signal to all operators that are abusing their license and postion.
