More delayed withdrawals
Hello,
I have withdrawn money at this casino multiple times. The website states they approve withdrawals within 48 hours.
This has never happened. The withdrawal I made before the last one was the 3rd of June, I got my money the 11th. They state they approved it the 7th (still too late), but there is no way for me to check that.
Anyways, my complaint is about my last withdrawal. Last sunday I withdrew €65,-, I contacted them the next day just to be sure it wouldn't end up on a sloppy pile of withdrawals and might be approved somewhere in the next two weeks.
I contacted them again yesterday evening, to tell them I was still able to cancel my withdrawal. "Yours will be in the next batch!" Angie from customer service told me. Well, guess what. Still able to cancel my withdrawal.
Today I contacted live support once again, after waiting twenty minutes (while live chat was open) I left because no one responded, wrote an e-mail and opened live chat again. Trying to make really clear that this is an ongoing issue and withdrawals never go smoothly. The only new information I got was that the system picked up some bull* about me having multiple accounts, like a lot of the complaints I have read. Furthermore she replied with the same lousy comment that it's under review and basically nobody can do anything for me and I have to wait.
I just want my money and not to return to this casino ever again.
