Dear ask gamblers

I’m looking for assistance please, I have recently closed my account with 24bettle and this closer came into place on Saturday the 01st August. This now leads me to withdrawal of my funds from my account and of course I can’t log into my account to manually withdraw my funds.

I have repeatedly got in touch with them on line through the chat section and it was mentioned to me the it’s only the manager whom can reactivated account as to allow me to log in and to then request a withdrawal and of course the lucky guy or lady doesn’t work weekends. I then sent emails and received response that my information has been passed to the relevant department and to wait on there response.

Now this takes me to the terms and conditions and no where on the site does it mention relevant department. It clearly states that anyone can close there accounts at any time and numbered 62 on the terms and conditions, it states you will be permitted and allowed to withdrawn your funds.

I’m now been told I have to wait a week as to activate and reopen account.

I just want what’s right and fair, and to have closed my account and have funds in this account withdrawn to me.

If any more information is needed please don’t hesitate to ask.

The amount is only €121

Dear Customer,

please note that your account cannot be reopened. Following up our responsible gaming policies and procedures and upon your own request on 31 July 2020 your account was closed for the period of minimum 5 years.

With regards to the remaining balance of €120.20, note that these funds are today requested to be issued to the bank account you used for your previous payouts. The transfer should reach you within the next 1-3 business days.

Dear @24bettle thank you for your response in relation to funds to be deposited to my bank account in 1-3 days .

AskGamblers can I ask please to keep complaint open and once money has been paid to account, I will notify straight away and except the matter closed

@askgamblers I can state that I received my money to my bank account today and have this matter closed.

Secondly can I say that as players and members of this community of askgamblers that reviews that’s conducted by yourselves related to this company in question and overall rating be looked into as it’s very concerning that the same complaints are consent and mark rating has not changed in some time to make players aware of these problems.
