Hi, I'm Alexandra. I sent a withdrawal request on 26.08.2020 for the amount of 400 euros. I sent them all the documents they asked me for to verify the account. On 07.09 they refused my withdrawal, stating the reason that they did not receive all the documents, although they did not ask me in the first email, I also sent the required documents.
