Hi, I'm Alexandra. I sent a withdrawal request on 26.08.2020 for the amount of 400 euros. I sent them all the documents they asked me for to verify the account. On 07.09 they refused my withdrawal, stating the reason that they did not receive all the documents, although they did not ask me in the first email, I also sent the required documents. All this time a series of emails and live chats followed but I feel like they are wasting my time for no particular reason. In the attach files you will find all the mails. Please help me ASKGAMBLERS.

Dear Customer,

Please be informed that after checking your account we can see that your account was verified on 3rd of September 2020. The reason your withdrawal request from 7th of September has been declined is wrong BIC that you have entered in when you requested a withdrawal. Furthermore, we can see that your withdrawal request from 13th of September has also been declined for the same reason.

From the last email you have sent us we can see that you have provided us with SWIFT code. Please be informed that SWIFT code is an international bank code that helps to identify bank branches for international payments. which means that you need to fill the BIC field with your SWIFT code when requesting a withdrawal.

Once you request a withdrawal with the correct BIC/SWIFT we will be able to process it.

Dear all,

I make another withdraw request and I fill the BIC field with my SWIFT code. I receive one email from 24Bettle that my withdraw is in pending for 48 hours. I hope that this time is everything ok.

I receive one email from 24Bettle casino that my withdrawal has been processed by them on 16.9.2020 and it will arrive to my bank account within 5 business but I didn't receive nothing. Can you please help me?
