Delayed withdrawal and documents

Hello,

I've played at this casino and won 230. I will also mention that I deposited a lot at this casino so this is the minimal sum I won and want to withdraw. I have contacted live support many times over 2 weeks for the documents verification and after 2 weeks they finally confirmed the one document that was needed. When they confirmed it I wasn't even notified about it that they accepted all my documents. Now that all of the documents were verified the withdrawal has still been pending for 1 week. On the site the information stated about withdrawals pending time is 48 hours after which they proceed with the withdrawal. Clearly now it's been more than 48 hours, it's been about a week now. In between I contacted live support many times again and they always stated the same that it will be processed "shortly" but nothing has happened.

Like I said before any information that I received I had to go to their support personally and ask them about it.

I politely ask you to help me resolve this matter as I'm really uncomfortable with this situation.

I would like you to show me the actual proof you supposedly sent to askgamblers team with me allegedly having multiple accounts on your site when in reality I have only ever registered one on your site specifically!?

Please be informed we have reviewed this matter and it has been detected that the player breached our Terms and Conditions regarding multiple accounts and therefore both connected accounts have been closed.

After additional checks have been made it has been established that this was indeed a case of multiple accounts.In such cases when our relevant department suspects that there is a breach of our Terms and Conditions in sections 47. and 48. for having multiple accounts we will start standard KYC procedure by requesting documents from all accounts that are possibly connected.

Please find sections of our terms and conditions that are relevant for this case below:

"Each player is allowed to open only one Account per person, family, household, IP address, and email address. Use of more than one Account per physical Player is known as "multi-accounting" and as such is strictly forbidden."


"In the event that We suspect that a Player is opening multiple accounts by using the same or similar names, address, telephones, email addresses, same or similar dynamic IP addresses, computer or other devices, with the intent of defrauding or cheating, We reserve the right to close an Account or Accounts at any time and to cancel all the transactions, bets, waive winnings and deduct bonuses from all relevant Accounts."

All of the proofs from our system have been shared with the Ask Gamblers complaints team to support the above claims and we will be awaiting the resolution here.

Hello,

I have contacted your live support and they told me that my account has been frozen due to violations of terms for “having multiple account”. This is not the case at all since this is my ONLY account that I have on this casino site. Why did you request my documents and information which you stalled for as long as possible and let me waiting for 1 month+ while telling me that the payment will be proccessed shortly just to then accuse me of violating your terms when that is not true at all. I would like to see proof of evidence that I have multiple accounts on your site. I have read your other complaints and I’ve seen many times that this isn’t the first time you accused someone for having multiple accounts without proof. This is not acceptable.
